H&S anti-dandruff shampoo recognized from Watsons with¡¨ the 4th Beauty and Health Exhibit of Category in 2005 Awards¡¨

H&S launched the brand new caring sensitive shampoo of aloe extract.

Pert launched the brand new series for the long hair.

Whisper loves women, launched the brand new conditional packing with the function demands.

2004

Move into new office building.

2003

An herb essence shampoo and conditioner series was launched to provide brand new shampooing experience.

OLAY launched the top-tine Regenerist skincare series.

During the SARS outbreak, P&G assisted in the government campaign for epidemic prevention and public sanitation, and donated personal sanitary supplies of NT$5 million to Taipei City Government, Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Cathay General Hospital, and Min-Shen Healthcare to highlight the importance of community sanitation and personal hygiene by this donation.

The ROC Chamber of Commerce presented the Best Foreign Corporation Prize to P&G.

2002

Being voted Commonwealth¡¦s most admired company in Taiwan for 5 consecutive years.

Entering the 6th year of the ¡§6-minute Protects A Life¡¨. The campaign generates feedback and support from female governors.

Being voted Commonwealth¡¦s most admired company in Taiwan for 3 consecutive years.

Mr. John Pepper, Chair of the Board, P&G, visits Taiwan and hosts the signing of Strategic Alliance with MOEA.

Launching new shampoo product ¡§Inner Science¡¨. Taiwan is the first market worldwide to introduce Inner Science.

Acquisition of Long-chen Paper, the first acquisition of Taiwanese manufacturing facility by P&G to lay a solid foundation of the Taiwan-US economic cooperation and the prosperity of Taichung County.

Donation of computer equipment to orphanages in Taichung County 921Chi-Chi earthquake Donation of one day salary by all employees, Pampers, Always, and other medical supply, totaling NT$ 12 million worth of cash and goods.

The first P&G International Women's Tennis Tournament. Donation to Children's Heart Disease Foundation, and Parents of Mentally Challenged Children Association and Childhood Cancer Foundation of R.O.C.

Introduction of Vidal Sassoon professional hair care products and integrated Taiwan hair care products into the global trend.

The first Oil of Olay International Women's Volleyball Tournament.

Adoption of the global management vision. P&G strengthens its Taiwan operations by converting the joint venture into a 100% owned operation.

Introduction of vitamin B-5 Pantene Pro-V shampoo in Taiwan market, the first global product launched in Taiwan.

Introduction of the first ultra thin Whisper.

Introduction of two-in-one Head & Shoulders shampoo conditioner, which soon became the leading brand of hair care product.

Introduction of Whisper, the first product with ¡§wings¡¨ for feminine protection.

1988

Introduction of Pert to the Taiwan market, the first two-in-one shampoo conditioner.

Introduction of Oil of Olay series products to the Taiwan market. The series soon became the leading brand of all open-shelf skin-care products.

Joint venture with Namchow to establish ¡§P&G Taiwan, Ltd.¡¨ as the first step to enter the Taiwan market.

Introduction of Pampers, the first disposable diaper in Taiwan.
